Forge Cottage is a beautifully renovated cottage where each room has been carefully designed with comfort and functionality in mind. Enter the property on the ground floor to find the well-appointed modern kitchen with quality appliances including an electric oven, gas hob; and a Rayburn for use during the winter months. The kitchen has a stylish breakfast bar, perfect for quick meals on the go; and there is a separate dining room with dining table seating four guests for a more leisurely dining option. Completing the ground floor is the cosy sitting room with electric log effect stove, comfy floor cushions and large television.



On the first floor there is a spacious bedroom with a metal framed king-size bed made up with high thread count linens and an open doorway through to its own freestanding, roll-top slipper bath. The second bedroom has a 3' single bed and is also a useful study, set up as an inspirational writer’s room/home office and is ideal for remote working if desired, although it can also double up as a yoga room if you’re looking for a more relaxing pastime. A couple of yoga mats are even provided. The room features dual aspect windows, filling the space with light from the south, east and west. The family shower room provides a large, walk-in shower with rainfall shower head.



The private garden is south-facing and perfect for dogs as it is fully enclosed. There’s direct access onto one of the many wonderful footpaths to enjoy in the local area. The owners have even installed a convenient outside sink for muddy pooches returning from their exploration of the area. The outside space includes a large sun terrace for outdoor dining with a barbecue, fire pit, fairy lights and charming cottage garden plants.
