This delightful terraced property provides spacious accommodation in a convenient location a stone's throw from the picturesque Chesil Cove which offers a good selection of restaurants and pubs to suit all tastes.
Portland offers stunning scenery, a wealth of wildlife and superb water sports facilities. Weymouth and Portland National Sailing Academy is the official venue for the Olympic sailing events. For views over Chesil Beach visit Tout Quarry and wander the maze of pathways begging to be explored. With the Jurassic Coast yards away fossils await discovery or why not climb the 153 steps of the lighthouse at Portland Bill before enjoying a traditional cream tea.
The accommodation is arranged over three floors and offers TWO bedrooms: accessed via cottage style stairs, on the first floor 1 king-size and on the top floor 1 twin attic bedroom accessed via steep stairs.
Bathroom: spacious room situated on the first floor with roll-top bath, separate shower and WC.
Lounge: on the ground floor, with original stripped pine floors, natural stone fireplace, woodburner (first basket of logs included), HD TV with DVD and iPod dock. Kitchen / diner: well-equipped with electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, washer / dryer, fridge / freezer, microwave, coffee machine and many useful extras.
Outside: small patio area with garden furniture and BBQ, stone steps lead up to a small lawn area with views over the roof tops to the sea.
