Set just above the town and only 200 metres from the centre of Cromer this property has easy access to the local shops pubs cafes and bars. The wide-open beaches and traditional pier are also just a stones throw away perfect for swimmers surfers and sandcastle makers alike. There is also the Pavilion Theatre with regular shows located on the pier itself or take the family to watch a film at the Regal Movieplex Cinema. The Norfolk Coast Path is close by offering fantastic scenic walks and access to neighbouring seaside towns and villages. Other nearby attractions include Holkham Hall Amazona Zoo RSPB Titchwell Marsh Nature Reserve as well as the National Trust sites of Felbrigg and Blickling Hall. Keen golfers will be in their element with two courses nearby: Royal Cromer Golf Club and Sheringham Golf Club.
