Garth Cottage cottage Wales
Garth Cottage is a fabulously appointed holiday let residing in the hamlet of Groes, near Denbigh in North Wales. Boasting five bedrooms; a twin, a single, a family room with twin beds and child`s bunk, a king-size double, and a superking size double, sleeping eleven guests altogether. Inside also features a bathroom, ground floor cloakroom, kitchen/diner, utility, dining room, sitting room with woodburning stove, and a first floor sitting room. To its exterior is a wonderful garden and ample off-road parking. Garth Cottage is a charming getaway in an idyllic, rural location.
Denbigh is a busy little town, with a variety of shops and pubs, and a number of events including walking festivals, beer festivals, the Denbigh and Flint Annual Show, the Denbigh Plum Festival, and a monthly People`s market. Within easy reach of Denbigh are the cathedral at St Asaph, the castle at Bodelwyddan, the seaside resorts of Prestatyn or Llandudno, and the historic city of Chester, over the border into England. The Snowdonia National Park is a short drive, while the Lleyn Peninsula and beaches on the Isle of Anglesey are ideal for a day trip.
