This property is located close to the coast on Cardigan Bay in West Wales. The nearest beach is within walking distance a peaceful sand and shingle bay which is a popular with visitors wishing to enjoy seaside walks and explore the rock pools which are revealed at low tide. Just two miles south-east of the property the town of New Quay is a lovely place to spend a day with its prettily coloured seafront-houses marine centre Dylan Thomas Trail and harbour from where visitors can join a fantastic dolphin-spotting trip around the bay. Keen walkers will be pleased to learn that the Cardigan Bay Coast Path is easily accessible from the property offering miles of scenic walks with spectacular views of the bay. On arrival this cottage guests can choose whether they want to relax and unwind after their drive in the attractive lounge or gather around the table in the kitchen over a reviving cup of tea. The lounge is an elegantly finished room which has been lovingly styled whilst retaining much of the original charm of the property. There are two inviting sofas from which to enjoy the TV with DVD or perhaps cosy-up with a good book in front of the real fire. The kitchen/diner meanwhile is a spacious room with a country-style finish offering a dining table oven hob microwave fridge/freezer dishwasher and washing machine. Upstairs there are three bedrooms as well as a bathroom with shower-over-bath and WC and an additional separate WC. Two of the bedrooms are attractive double rooms whilst the third bedroom is a peaceful dual-aspect twin room. All bedrooms are accessed via a few steps from the landing area. Outside there is an enclosed patio garden to the front and sides of the property which has been furnished with a table and chairs and a BBQ. Need to know: 3 bedrooms: 2 doubles and 1 twin. Bathroom with shower over bath and WC, plus additional WC. TV/DVD. Open fire with first basket of logs provided. Wi Fi included. Oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine. Travel cot and highchair available. Bed linen, electric, and central heating included. 1 dog welcome (must be kept downstairs using the stair gate provided). Beach, shops, and pubs within walking distance. Arrival 4pm.
