HEATED INDOOR SWIMMING POOL SET WITHIN 400 ACRES OF DAIRY AND ARABLE LAND
This spacious part of the main farmhouse is situated in one of Cornwall's most popular yet secluded areas and is a good base from which to visit the county's main attractions, including Lands End, the Eden Project, the Lost Gardens of Heligan, St Michaels Mount and Flambards Theme Park to name but a few. During your stay you can take some lovely walks direct from the land or explore the many sheltered coves and sandy beaches that the immediate area and the whole of the Lizard Peninsula has to offer. The pretty cove at Gillan is a 30 minute walk from the farm and its shingle beach is ideal for safe bathing. Sailing is available at St Anthony and Helford nearby. In the evenings you could choose to visit one of many local pubs or restaurants which serve good food. Leisure facilities: adjacent to the garden is an indoor heated swimming pool that is shared with the owner and is open from May to the end of September.
The accommodation itself is spacious and arranged over three floors, it offers FOUR bedrooms: 1 family room containing a double and single bed, 1 double room with distant views of Falmouth Bay, 1 double and 1 bunk bedroom.
Bathroom: Bath with Shower over and WC and shower room with WC. Lounge / diner: with widescreen TV, Freeview, DVD, hi-fi, open fire and woodburner effect electric fire. Kitchen: with cooker, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and many useful extras.
Outside: relax in the enclosed garden area that has a BBQ and seating.
Amenities: ample parking is available even if you plan on bringing your own dinghy. Bed linen, night storage heating and electric included. Extra highchairs and travel cot available by prior arrangement. Regret no pets or smoking.

Location: beach walking distance, pub and shop 1.5 miles. Arrival: 3pm.
