This cosy detached property is perfect for a romantic getaway at any time of the year, being just a stone's throw from the A39, and with a host of popular attractions within easy reach including Clovelly, RHS Rosemoor, The Tarka Trail, Dartington Crystal, Exmoor and Bude in Cornwall which is only a 20 mile drive. There are also many sandy beaches and pebbled coves in both Devon and Cornwall. A direct route from the property takes you down to the coast at Peppercombe passing the local pub which is just across the way. The historic market town of Bideford is just 3 miles away where you will find a good selection of pubs, restaurants and shops.
