Perfectly situated between the coastal towns of Paignton and Brixham and within walking distance of Broadsands Beach you will be well-placed to enjoy the best of South Devon. Paignton is renowned for its friendly atmosphere zoological park and colourful beach huts and boasts a long stretch of sand and a famous pier packed with amusements and providing entertainment for all ages. Brixham offers a vibrant working harbour surrounded by independent shops pubs and restaurants. Venture slightly further afield for days out including exploring the stunning South Hams Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and salubrious coastal destinations such as Dartmouth Salcombe and Wembury. Other attractions easily accessible from here include the historic naval city of Plymouth Agatha Christies Greenway House Dartmoor National Park and the stunning cathedral city of Exeter. On entering this beautiful coastal home you will firstly find yourself in a spacious entrance hall with coat and boot storage. Here you can decant outdoor clothing after a day of exploring and then step into the cosy lounge area. This gorgeous contemporary space boasts comfortable seating (which can be transformed using sofa beds for alternative sleeping arrangements) arranged in front of a Smart TV with Netflix and surround sound system providing the perfect place to relax with a book or catch up on your favourite TV programme. Brilliantly sociable this room also opens directly into the kitchen/diner and here the fresh and modern aesthetic continues. This includes a lovely laid back dining area and a set of French doors which lead to the garden meaning that you can dine alfresco with ease during warm weather. The kitchen itself is also beautifully presented and offers a great selection of features and appliances including an electric oven separate grill oven and gas hob microwave coffee machine fridge/freezer dishwasher and washing machine. Providing somewhere for children to play or watch something different on TV is a pretty playroom/snug with its own en-suite shower room with WC and this is located on the other side of the lounge and includes a sofa bed (which can be used to create further alternative sleeping arrangement) and a Smart TV. The beautiful bedrooms are also located on the same level and make this property a great option for all ages. The first bedroom is a delightfully light and spacious king-size further to this there is a good size twin bedroom plus a cosy double bedroom. The final room and completing the offering inside the property is a contemporary family bathroom with a shower over bath and WC. Venturing outside and nestled to the rear of the property is a small yet perfectly appointed enclosed garden with an area of lawn and garden furniture. Here you can enjoy dining in the open air or just a pre-dinner drink whilst the sun sets with views of the viaduct railway bridge perhaps with a scenic steam train. Further to this the fabulously landscaped garden to the front offers somewhere else to sit in the shape of an elevated gravelled patio area with table and benches. Private off-road parking for two cars (one of which would need to be small) is also provided on the side of the property and further to this roadside parking is available a short stroll away (and directly outside September to May) both subject to availability.
