This large spacious farmhouse, situated in the heart of the countryside, has recently been refurbished to a high standard and is attached to a converted holiday barn. Each property has its own separate entrance.
Its superb position on the Cornish side of the Devon / Cornwall border provides the ideal spot for those who take pleasure in walking, with many footpaths leading off in all different directions. Horse riding available close by. Nearby attractions include The Milky Way and Splash swimming pool. The North Cornish coastline can be reached within a couple of miles and offers an abundance of sandy beaches, secluded coves and so much more.
The spacious accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double and 1 twin with zip and link beds which can be made into a king-size on request.
Bathroom: with bath and separate shower and WC.
Lounge: cosy room, TV with Freeview, DVD and large fireplace with woodburner (1st basket of logs free). Kitchen: with rayburn, gas hob, large fridge, large freezer, microwave with combination grill / oven, dishwasher and washing machine. Boot room positioned off the kitchen. Dining room: leading off from the kitchen, 1 small step down, large dining room with ample seating TV and large fireplace with woodburner.
Outside: small enclosed garden with seating and BBQ.
