This spacious former farm house is set in an ideal location to enjoy both aspects of Cornwall, set just out of Mevagissey and Pentewan, you will enjoy the rural location and the distant sea views but will be just a stone’s throw away from these hidden gems.
Mevagissey with its picturesque harbour and wealth of restaurants and shops not to mention its selection of breath taking coastal walks that span the whole of the county. Pentewan Sands with its mile of golden sandy beach is a well kept secret and has, a short walk from the beach, a pub and shops. A must see when visiting is The Lost Gardens of Heligan, situated a mile from your front door and is known as the birth place of the Eden Project, again another must see attraction which is boasted by many as the ‘8th Wonder of the World’. Caerhays gardens, castle and beach are also a mile away and well worth a visit. Truro is a 30 minute drive and offers something for even the most of discerning guest, with its selection shopping from boutique to department stores, Hall for Cornwall Theatre, and multi-screen cinema.
