Granary Cottage is a ground floor semi-detached retreat situated on the outskirts of Westbury, Shropshire. The village lies eight miles west of the town of Shrewsbury, very close to the Wales-England border. Shrewsbury - Shropshire`s county town, founded by the Saxons and most extensively developed by Tudors, lies within a giant loop of the river Severn and is famed for its castle, spires, abbey, parklands and half-timbered medieval houses. Just outside of these, you can visit Attingham Park and Wroxeter Roman City, with the ruins of the fourth largest city in Roman Britain.
