The central and accessible location makes the property an ideal base for exploring both Devon and Cornwall where you will have a choice of beaches and coastal walks to the North and South as well as attractions to suit all tastes. These include Bodmin Moor Dartmoor with its rugged scenery Lydford Gorge the Eden Project Lost Gardens of Heligan Morwellham Quay and RHS Rosemoor. Plymouth and Exeter are both easily accessible as is Launceston with its castle the ancient capital of Cornwall. Golf cycle paths and riding can be found locally and fishing sailing and other activities can be found at nearby Roadford Lake. Stepping into the spacious barn you are greeted by a bright and airy open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner sit back and watch your favourite channel or catch a movie on the TV/DVD. Those who enjoy cooking will find an extremely well-equipped kitchen area with electric range oven and gas hob microwave dishwasher washing machine fridge/freezer and wine cooler. There are three bedrooms on the ground floor accessed via three steps a double with en-suite shower and WC a further double and a twin zip-and-link (which can be made into a super-king-size on request).
