Guisaichean cottage Scotland
Guisaichean is a detached cottage in Invermoriston, Scotland. It has four bedrooms including two king-size doubles, a double and a twin, two of them have en-suite facilities and there is a family bathroom, it can sleep eight people. Invermoriston is situated just above the south end of Loch Ness, in the heart of the Great Glen. The village is famous for St. Columba`s Well, and offers events like ceilidh nights in the village hall. The 73-mile long walking path, The Great Glen Way, passes through the village, and is just one of the many trails and walks awaiting visitors to this spot. Following the main road close to the village takes you to the Isle of Skye, or of course you could stay closer to home and do some monster-spotting, visit the ruins of the 16th century castle Urquhart, or enjoy the Loch Ness Exhibition Centre.The Caledonian Canal runs to Fort Augustus, offering lovely canalside walks. The perfect location for the whole family.
