This property is situated in the village of Landkey where visitors will find a pub and a shop with a post office. For those looking for a traditional seaside holiday there is a choice of lovely beaches within a thirty-minute drive of the property including Westward Ho! Saunton Sands and Croyde. Also within easy reach are a range of popular attractions to suit all tastes including Exmoor Zoo Broomhill Sculpture Garden and the National Trust property of Arlington Court. This delightful detached property has a lovely spacious airy feel throughout thanks to the light-filled rooms and elegant understated styling. The first of two lounge rooms on the ground floor of the property is a wonderfully relaxing space with two deep sofas a TV/ DVD and a large corner fire-place with a wood burner. The second lounge provides a quiet cosy retreat with another wood burner and TV. Also located on the ground floor is the large kitchen/diner more than just a place to prepare food this is also a great place to gather around the table and plan the days sightseeing as well as enjoying family meals. The kitchen offers everything guests will need to prepare their favourite dishes including an oven hob microwave fridge/freezer and dishwasher whilst the washing machine is kept in the handy utility room located outside the main part of the house which also has a WC. Doors from the kitchen/diner lead out to decked patio. Upstairs there are three bedrooms the first of which is good-sized king-size room which benefits from an en-suite shower with WC. The two further bedrooms are a double room and a twin. The bathroom also situated on the first floor offers a bath shower and WC. Outside patio doors lead from the kitchen/area to the decked area with seating sun loungers and a BBQ beyond which a generously-sized lawn area has a sunken trampoline and a charming treehouse.
