With a myriad of footpaths to explore this coastal village boasts a pub shop and rocky beach. Take a gentle stroll on the beach join the coastal path or climb Cader Idris in Snowdonia National Park. Discover the wildlife and waters of Mawddach and Dyfi estuaries take a ride on the Talyllyn narrow-gauge historic railway or discover life underground in Corris Slate Mines. Visit Portmeirion Village and Gardens the Ynys-Hir RSPB reserve or the pretty waterfall at Dolgoch Falls. Nearby Aberdovey offers water sport activities from the harbour shops galleries eateries and a championship golf course. This is the perfect location for a relaxing break coastal adventure or action packed holiday with friends and family. One bunk bedroom with additional single bed and en-suite shower with WC the owner has a range of linen to make the bunk beds up for children creating a playful theme or a grown up ambience if adults are using the room. Head upstairs to the creative open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner set in the eaves of the old hall. If you decide to eat in the kitchen area is well-equipped with electric oven and hob microwave fridge/freezer and dishwasher with all the thoughtful little extras creating a lovely space to cook in. A lovely welcome pack is provided by the owner for your arrival. The table is perfectly positioned to enjoy a family meal or a game of cards enjoy a snack at the breakfast bar or take a picnic to the beach. In the lounge area relax on the comfy sofas and chairs listen to music enjoy a board game watch TV or choose a film from the DVD library. This property is a real pleasure to holiday in. Heading outside the patio area nestles amongst mature shrubs and is the perfect place to unwind for alfresco dining and has a BBQ. If you hear trickling water it is the Mill race on its way to the sea at Llwyngwril. There is parking for one car at the property located next to the patio and further parking is available in the village car park 50 yards away.
