This picturesque fishing port with its fantastic main town and long sandy beach has changed very little over the generations and has remained ever popular with visitors since the turn of the century. The town has so much to offer with a fantastic mix of bistros pubs restaurants and independent stores. Enjoy one of the many boat trips from fishing to a leisurely glass-bottom ride out to the island. Close by is the village of Polperro with a picture-postcard harbour and colourful narrow streets. Attractions in the area include The Monkey Sanctuary The Adrenalin Quarry go-karting Porfell Wildlife Park The Eden Project and many National Trust properties to name a few. Heading up the steep West Looe Hill you will find this 17th-century cottage accessed via a small alleyway into a small communal courtyard. Enter through the front door and into the cosy lounge on your left; with seating and a TV with BT Sport this is a great space to relax in front of the flame-effect gas fir. Next is the kitchen area which is fully equipped with an electric oven and hob microwave fridge freezer dishwasher and washing machine. Head up the steep cottage-style staircase which splits into two at the top; to the left is the master room with a double bed. To the right is a bunk bedroom with a large oak window seat perfect for the children. Accessed via both bedrooms is the Jack and Jill shower room with shower and WC. Allocated off-road parking for one car is 100 metres away from the property just up the hill. Please note: dogs to be kept on the lead when in the courtyard.
