Situated only a few minutes from the beautiful and rugged North Devon coast, this comfortable two storey barn is set in a courtyard location surrounded by 5 acres. Set in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the property offers the perfect opportunity to relax and unwind.
Located only 2 minutes drive from Hartland village and only 25 minutes from Bideford, you will be well placed to discover an abundance of small coves and beaches where children can have fun in the rock pools and waves. The area is also renowned for its excellent surfing. The on-site bar and restaurant is a great way to ensure your holiday is a relaxed one with locally sourced food and homemade meals. After your meal you can relax in the lounge area, watch TV, play games or just enjoy a chat. On selected nights throughout the year live entertainment can also be enjoyed. The restaurant also has an alfresco dining area overlooking the rose garden. Games facilities: pool table, table tennis and air hockey table.
The accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: 1 king-size, 1 double with TV and en-suite shower room and WC and 1 bunk bedroom. Shower room: with WC. Lounge / kitchen / diner: with TV / DVD, electric oven, gas hob, large fridge / freezer, dishwasher and microwave.
Outside: designated sheltered outside seating area and use of shared garden areas with garden furniture, guests are also free to wander the land.
Amenities: ample parking. Bed linen, towels, heating, electric and wi-fi included. Regret no smoking within the property, however there is a designated outside smoking area. 1 dog welcome. Shared utility room with coin operated washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing boards.
Additional info: wheelchair access to ground floor and ground floor WC (no shower.) Accessible sleeping facilities on ground floor (double sofa bed).
