This newly built bungalow is conveniently situated in the village of Hartland and the rugged Heritage Coastline. An ideal base from where you can explore all that North Devon and Cornwall have to offer.
Walk along the magnificent coastal footpaths, take a boat trip out to Lundy Island, or closer to home why not stroll through the village which has remained virtually unchanged for years and even enjoy a drink and bite to eat in one of the villages' several pubs. Explore Hartland's 12th century Abbey and glorious gardens, or visit the Quay Museum or Lighthouse. For families, there are a huge variety of sandy beaches ideal for surfing or body boarding and of course there are numerous theme parks such as The Big Sheep and The Milky Way. All-in-all, an ideally placed holiday location for couples or small families. Games room: the garage has a pool table / football table, dart board and a selection of small toys.
The comfortably furnished bungalow offers THREE bedrooms: 1 double with fitted wardrobes, TV and en-suite shower room with WC, 1 twin room with fitted wardrobes and 1 smaller room with a single bed that can accommodate the travel cot as well.
Bathroom: with bath and WC. Lounge / diner: good size with comfy sofas and contemporary furnishing, TV, DVD and hi-fi. Patio doors from the lounge lead into a conservatory / sun room with cane furniture and doors leading to the garden. Kitchen: with dishwasher, fridge / freezer, microwave, double oven, hob and extractor fan, plus many useful extras.
Outside: enclosed rear garden with small lawn and patio area. BBQ and rotary washing line.
