FORMER LODGE HOUSE TO HISTORIC HARTLAND ABBEY IN HARTLAND VILLAGE
This lovely traditional stone property is positioned overlooking a wooded valley in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Situated on the edge of the village in a quiet cul-de-sac, it is a very short stroll to the village square with its excellent pubs and shops, Post Office and nearby park with tennis courts and play area.
Being adjacent to the footpath that leads down the Vale to Hartland Abbey, there is easy access to beautiful countryside. This is an excellent base for walkers and those wishing to explore the local dramatic cliffs, waterfalls, coast paths and secluded coves and beaches. Other attractions to suit all tastes include The Milky Way, The Big Sheep, Bude Splash pool and more. In the evenings relax in the lovely gardens with a BBQ. Games room: that offers a dart board, table tennis and small snooker table.
The accommodation, which retains much original charm and character offers THREE bedrooms: 1 double and 2 twins.

Lounge: with woodburner effect electric fire, flatscreen TV, DVD and hi-fi. Dining room: with slate flooring and woodburner set in a feature fireplace (logs included). Kitchen: well-equipped with cooker, microwave, fridge, separate freezer, dishwasher and kitchen table. Utility room: adjacent to the kitchen and separated by a dog gate, with washing machine and tumble dryer, deep sink suitable for rinsing wet suits.
Amenities: off-road parking for at least 2 cars. Bed linen, electric, wi-fi and central heating included. Regret no smoking. 2 well-behaved dogs welcome.
