This farm offers two wonderful properties, set within the picturesque countryside on the North Cornish coastline. Each property has been renovated and finished to the highest of standards and offer comfortable accommodation for both families and friends alike.
Situated on a 200 acre farm with horses, sheep, cattle and free range chickens, each property has a large garden, private patio and countryside views; this secluded location is perfect for those looking for a peaceful getaway. For those looking for adventure, there are many wonderful coastal walks which are easily accessible from the properties, either through the fields or along the public footpath. A 20 minute walk through the fields and you'll reach the long, sandy beach of Widemouth Bay which is perfect for surfing and sunbathing. You can also access the coast paths, which offer dramatic views over the North Cornish coastline, which is a haven for bird watching. The local town of Bude is a 5 minute drive away and offers a variety of restaurants and shops as well as many places to enjoy a cream tea by the popular canal. Slightly further afield you will find the well known towns of Boscastle, Rock and Padstow, which all provide a great day out. Alternatively the children's attractions such as The Big Sheep or The Milky Way are a short drive away and are bound to be a highlight to the holiday.

Location: beach 1 mile (20 minutes walk over the land), shop and pub 1 mile. Arrival: 3.30pm.

The property offers FOUR bedrooms: 1 twin bedroom situated on the second floor. 2 double bedrooms, one with flatscreen TV and 1 single bedroom all situated on the first floor. The additional person is accommodated on a z-bed which can be placed in either of the bedrooms or the lounge.
Bathroom: located on the first floor, family size with bath, handheld shower and WC. Further bathroom located on the ground floor with shower over whirlpool bath, WC and heated towel rail.
Lounge: large with comfortable seating, woodburner, flatscreen TV, DVD, Freeview, Nintendo Wii and access through french doors to the garden and patio. Kitchen: large and well-equipped with range cooker, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. A door leads into a light and spacious conservatory with views of the garden.
Outside: large enclosed garden with private covered lockable hot tub, patio, garden furniture, BBQ and play area.
