This delightful split level barn is situated adjacent to the owners’ home yet offers a high level of privacy.
Located a short drive from the market town of Camelford which offers a host of local shops, restaurants and pubs, perfect for those not wanting to venture too far afield. Ideally positioned on the A39 for touring some of Cornwall's most popular spots along this picturesque rugged coast, from Tintagel full of the history and myth of King Arthur and his Knights of the Round Table, to the pretty fishing villages of Boscastle and Port Isaac which is famed as the setting of the hit TV series 'Doc Martin'. The popular towns of Padstow and Newquay are within easy reach and a must when visiting this part of the world, renowned for the golden sandy beaches that have become a mecca for surfers across the country.
The spacious accommodation offers exposed stonework, beams and flagstone flooring and ONE double bedroom accessed up a short flight of stairs, with TV / DVD. Shower room: situated on the ground floor with WC. Lounge / diner: accessed from the kitchen via a step down and then a step up, with woodburner effect gas fire, TV / DVD, wi-fi connection and leather sofas. Dining area: with a good selection of books. Kitchen: gas cooker, fridge / freezer, washing machine and microwave.
