Surrounded by beautiful countryside this delightful cottage adjoins the owner's farmhouse yet provides guests with space and privacy.
There is much to see and do on the beautiful South Cornwall coast and walkers can enjoy plenty of routes direct from the cottage along the West Looe Valley. Lots to explore and enjoy such as Restormel Castle near Lostwithiel, Deerpark Forest, The Eden Project, Fowey, Lanhydrock House, Golitha Falls and Tallandbay beach are all within easy access. Looe and Polperro are a short drive and offer many restaurants and pubs, here you can also arrange day fishing trips. You will look forward to returning to your holiday home after a day's adventures where you can sit and relax on the sunny patio with a glass of wine or enjoy a BBQ.
The property is newly converted and offers TWO bedrooms: 1 super-king-size with TV / DVD and en- suite shower room and WC. 1 king-size which can be unzipped to make twin beds on request also with TV / DVD and en-suite with corner bath, separate shower and WC.
Lounge: with SkyTV (full package), DVD, CD / radio and french doors leading outside. Kitchen / diner: with electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge with small freezer section, microwave and many useful extras. Utility room: with WC and washing machine.
Outside: doors from the lounge lead to a large, enclosed, sun-trap patio area with garden furniture and BBQ. Large lawn area ideal for ball games and trampoline available for small children.
Amenities: ample parking. Bed linen, towels, electric and central heating included (£30 per week winter heating surcharge payable to owner on arrival applies 1 September - 30 April). Regret no smoking within the property. Regret no pets.
Additional info: £100 security deposit for non-fair wear and tear items, to be paid direct to the owner 7 days prior your arrival and returnable post departure subject to inspection. The heating supplement and security deposit are payable in advance direct to the owner. Cream tea provided on arrival.
