This property enjoys a fantastic location in South Somerset close to the countys border with Dorset. The area surrounding the cottage has much to see and do whether guests fancy a quiet countryside break or a busy holiday filled with activities. Crewkerne just 2 miles down the road is perfect for an afternoon browsing the shops and enjoying a coffee or of an evening having dinner in one of the dog-friendly pubs. The World Heritage Jurassic Coast is just fifteen miles south of the property with Lyme Regis and Charmouth beaches both offering the opportunity to hunt for fossils. Or why not pay a visit to the vast sweeping beach at West Bay otherwise known as Broadchurch? There are plenty of interesting towns to explore in the area including Beaminster and Axminster whilst more unusual attractions such as the Fleet Air Arm Museum Pecorama and the Seaton Tramway make for fun days out. This single storey property makes a great place for a couple to enjoy a quiet and relaxing break. The main living space is a light-filled open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner which has huge bi-fold doors which allow guests to open up the space onto the patio. The deep sofa allows guests to sit back and enjoy the TV/DVD whilst a dining table is the perfect space for enjoying romantic meals. The bedroom which is just off the living area has a king-size bed bedside tables and plenty of storage space in the wardrobe. The en-suite shower room offers a shower and WC. Outside there is a patio garden to the front of the property with garden furniture and a BBQ making a great space to sit and enjoy the tranquil surroundings.
