The cottage is part of a small development of barn conversions retaining its character features such as exposed beams and boasting delightful rear-facing countryside views. Situated close to many magnificent sights such as the heritage cobbled cliff side village of Clovelly rugged Hartland Quay and sweeping sandy beaches. The areas many attractions include RHS Rosemoor Gardens Queens Theatre in Barnstaple and Dartington Crystal. The area is also great for walking the coastal path and Tarka Trail which gives you many miles of safe tracks for both walking and cycling. To the front the cottage features partly exposed stonework and traditional slate roofing and looks over an attractive shared garden area with well-planted borders. Inside the open-plan studio style space features a kitchen/dining/bedroom and living room and is petite charming and bright with exposed wooden beams. The double bed and sofa surround the wood burner which is perfect for a cosy night in with a movie. Outside to the rear of the cottage you can enjoy the private south facing enclosed garden with gravelled seating area and lawns all facing lovely countryside views.
