Guests can amble through spectacular countryside overlooking the tranquil River Tamar and adjoining Tavy. Positioned between the market town of Tavistock and regional capital of Plymouth with its array of shops, pubs, restaurants and wealth of attractions including the historic Hoe, the National Marine Aquarium and Theatre Royal. Places of interest within easy reach include Morwellham Quay, famous for its industrial heritage and TVs “Edwardian Farm”, Buckland Abbey and The Garden House.
This stylish upside down accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: master double, located on the first floor, with en-suite shower room and WC. 1 further double is located on the ground floor. Shower room: wet room with WC located on the ground floor. Lounge / kitchen / diner: open-plan, benefits from a large woodburner which is the main source of heating (logs included), large flatscreen TV with DVD and Freeview. Kitchen / dining area with integrated oven and hob, microwave, fridge / freezer, dishwasher and washer dryer.
Outside: roof terrace with beautiful river views and enclosed garden. Guests are invited to roam the owner's land and meet the animals.

Additional info: a heating surcharge of £25 per week payable to owner 2 weeks prior to arrival during October - May (inclusive). Property has its own private water supply. Storage available for bicycles in lockable room under the property. No smoking within the property. Regret no pets.
