This charming detached cottage dates from the 17th Century and is set in the quiet village of Briston, just four miles from Holt. adults only over age of 18 please and no stag/hen parties or similar. Offering cosy, comfortable and well-appointed accommodation, this property boasts a sitting room with low ceiling, exposed beams and open fireplace, as well as three bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen and a ground floor bathroom. The established garden at to the rear of the cottage is ideal for relaxing, and offers two sitting areas in addition to a summer house. Situated in North Norfolk and with an excellent local store, village post office, good bakery and superb butcher`s shop is the village of Briston. This vibrant little town is also home to two pubs, a playing field and a large village green and is located in a wonderfully central position making it a good base from which to explore the surrounding area. With the historic Georgian market town of Holt close by offering tempting tea-rooms and enjoyable shops, and Blakeney coastal nature reserve with its fantastic bird spotting opportunities just a 15 minute drive away, this wonderful village is within easy reach of all the region`s main attractions. Visitors can also enjoy seal spotting boat trips around the coast, a day exploring some of the many historic towns in the area or a day at the seaside resort of Sheringham, making this a fun and varied spot for a holiday.
