This property is situated in the wonderful old fishing village of Hope Cove which boasts two beaches both of which are within walking distance of the property. Some visitors may be content to spend their holiday in and around the village but others may wish to make the most of all that the surrounding area has to offer including the historic city of Plymouth and the resort towns of the English Riviera. Closer still the town of Salcombe is just five miles away and offers a huge range of activities including kayak and dinghy hire a powerboat school a gin distillery and a range of shops and eateries. This single-storey property has been lovingly styled and offers a wonderful place for a family getaway. On entering the property guests will find the light-filled lounge diner with its open fire TV/DVD comfortable seating and dining table seating six which enjoys a lovely bright position next to the patio doors overlooking the garden. The kitchen is just next door and offers an electric oven hob microwave fridge/freezer washing machine and dishwasher. Three steps down from the lounge lead to the bright and sunny conservatory where there is plenty of seating from which to enjoy the views over the garden. One of the bedrooms is accessed via the conservatory which also offers a TV and down three steps a pretty double room with en-suite shower and WC. The other two bedrooms are a king-size room and a double. There is a bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Outside is a lovely enclosed garden which is mainly set to lawn with a patio area close to the house where guests will find a table and chairs sun loungers and a BBQ. There is off-road parking provided for two cars. Need to know: 3 bedrooms. 1 king size,1 double with an en suite shower room and WC and1 double. Property is for 6 plus 1 baby. 1 bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Open fire in lounge area. TV/DVD in the lounge and TV in the conservatory. Electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. Conservatory with seating, board games and books. Linen and towels included. Complimentary toiletries. Welcome Pack.
