This attractive spacious barn is set within a 140 acre cattle farm only a few miles from the Cornish border. This fantastic location allows parties to explore the treasures of both counties with great ease being only a 20 minute drive to the sandy beaches on the north coast, including the excellent surfing beach of Widemouth and several small sandy coves around the seaside town of Bude with its shops, pubs and restaurants (approximately 8 miles). The market town of Holsworthy is 3 miles from Higher Hopworthy offering traditional countryside shops, cafes and pubs. A popular 18 hole golf course is situated a few miles away and many family attractions are well worth a visit including The Milky Way. Riding, fishing and the coastal footpaths are also close by. You are welcome to enjoy the 140 acres of farmland with a large pond and free fishing. The whole family can enjoy exploring the countryside and viewing various species of wildlife.
The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 four-poster double (with french doors to the patio area) and 1 twin bedroom which is situated down a few steps.
