Set in acres of grounds the house offers spacious accommodation and a great place for friends and family gatherings. There are miles of lovely country walks directly from the property allowing guests to really make the most of the peace and tranquillity that is offered here. There is plenty to see and do within a short drive of the property including the attractive harbour town of Bideford with its collection of independent shops the two-mile wide beach at Westward Ho! and The Big Sheep family adventure park. Stepping into the property from the rear decked balcony you enter into a useful utility area where you can leave your shoes after a days exploring before heading on in for an evening of relaxing in style. The impressive open-plan lounge is stylishly furnished with TV and red accents throughout the floor to ceiling sliding doors allow for natural light to flood into this contemporary space making it a great place to relax after a long day. There is a large dining table making eating together easy with seating for everyone. There are two kitchen areas which ensures you can cook everything from a three course meal to a light lunchtime snack well-equipped with an electric Rayburn oven and hob microwave fridge freezer and dishwasher and there is also a wine fridge.
