Situated in a beautiful part of Devon and converted to a high standard, this delightful cottage is within walking distance to Exmouth's 2 mile long sandy beach where you can swim, play or relax. Exmouth is the gateway to the Jurassic coast.
The Exe estuary nature reserve is a 10 minute walk away and is a haven for bird watchers throughout the year, you can also use the newly created cycle trail stretching to Exeter and beyond. There are many cliff-top walks which offer stunning views of the bay and plenty of sand dunes, rock pools and many seaside attractions which will keep everyone entertained for hours. You will be within a short drive to Crealy Adventure Park, The Donkey Sanctuary, Roman Quarry Caves at Beer and Seaton Electric Tramway. The historic regional centre of Exeter is a short drive and offers cinemas, shops, pubs, restaurants and theatre. Other facilities close by include the championship golf course at the Woodbury Park Hotel Golf and Country Club, riding, fishing and more.

Lounge / kitchen / diner: an open-plan area situated downstairs with dining table and lounge area with flatscreen Freeview TV / DVD. Outside: patio doors leading out to decked seating area.
