In the town itself, ancient Huntly Castle, home of the Gordon clan, is open to the public and there are good shops, pubs and restaurants clustered round the town square. Activities include golf, Nordic ski-ing on an all-weather track, swimming, angling, biking and walking. Leisure facilities: the owners can arrange rough shooting and trout fishing.
