This Grade II listed property is located in the village of Icklesham in East Sussex. The village is a typical village for the area with cosy pubs and even a quirky windmill which Paul McCartney once used as a recording studio. It is situated on the 1066 walk which takes walkers from Pevensey to Rye via the town of Battle and is of great historic importance. The property is located just a short drive away from the ancient town of Winchelsea with its pretty shingle beach and a little further away is the town of Rye with its boutique shops historic pubs and antique shops. Beyonde Rye is the five mile stretch of golden sandy beach at Camber Sands which is a short drive away.
