It is within easy walking distance of Ilfracombe town centre, and is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac on the sea's edge. Ilfracombe, with its charming natural harbour, shopping streets, cafes and a wealth of different places to eat, makes a perfect holiday base. Explore Exmoor National Park, the rugged North Devon Atlantic coastline and the golden sands of Woolacombe, Croyde and Saunton Sands, which are only 10 minutes by car. Activities such as golf (5 local courses), shooting, fishing, riding and walking are all close by. Cyclists will love the Tarka Cycle Trail and beach-based enthusiasts are well catered for with surfing and sailing from most of the sandy beaches.
The accommodation offers ONE double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Kitchen area has electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge with small freezer compartment and dishwasher.

Additional info: the apartment is accessed by stairs to the fourth floor and therefore would not be suitable for people with mobility difficulties.
