Converted to a high standard from a Victorian sea captain's residence, retaining many original features and yet with all modern amenities making it a perfect holiday retreat.
Some of Ilfracombe's attractions are its aquarium, theatre, cinema, many cliff-top walks, Tunnels Beaches, Damien Hirst's harbourside restaurant, the Tarka Trail, fishing trips, swimming pool and golf course, many of which are within walking distance of the property. Other year round attractions close by are the Exmoor National Park, National Trust Arlington Court, many beaches ideal for bathing or surfing and Watermouth Castle to name but a few.
