Situated right on the quayside, this recently refurbished two bedroom apartment has unrivalled views over the harbour.
There is so much to see and do within a few paces of the property with the beach area, fishing and day trips to Lundy Island, aquarium, theatre and numerous shops, pubs and restaurants. The property is above an award winning fudge shop and is next door to Damien Hirst's famous restaurant on one side and the yacht club on the other. Enjoy some lovely clifftop walks or venture further afield with some of the South West's best surfing beaches being with 5 miles.
