Nestling right on the water's edge next to Capstone Hill, this delightful apartment is the perfect retreat to experience beautiful North Devon. Superb coastal views can be enjoyed from the double aspect picture windows across the open sea and to Lantern Hill on the harbour entrance.
You will be a short walk to the harbour, shops, pubs and the popular restaurant owned by the artist Damien Hirst, whose 20 metre ‘Verity’ bronze statue also stands at the harbour entrance. As well as this you will be ideally positioned for touring the rugged coastline and the whole area with all year attractions including National Trust's Arlington Court and Exmoor National Park, which are beautiful in all seasons. To the east there is the Valley of the Rocks, Lynton and Lynmouth and to the west, the golden sands of Woolacombe, Croyde and Saunton Sands are 10 minutes away.
The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double with TV, radio with iPod dock and en-suite shower and WC, a second bedroom with a 4' double bed with 3' single bed over, perfect for 2 but can sleep 3 if requested.
Bathroom: with bath and WC. Lounge / diner: with front line sea views, TV, Freeview and DVD. Kitchen: with cooker, microwave, washing machine, fridge, freezer and dishwasher.
Outside: door from lounge / diner leading out to balcony area with patio furniture.
