Situated right on the water's edge, this delightful, cosy apartment has ground floor access (only four steps) and offering panoramic sea views, is perfect for those wanting to enjoy this wonderful part of Devon.
Ilfracombe is an all year round family resort in the summer bustling with activity and in the other seasons maintaining its quaint atmosphere, based around the active traditional harbour, which is a 3 minute stroll away. Also close at hand, you will find a variety shops, the Landmark Theatre, the Blue Flag Tunnels beaches, a wealth of good pubs and bistros, including the harbour side restaurant that is owned by the artist Damien Hirst. For walking, you can join the South West Coast Path right outside the apartment. You will also be ideally positioned for touring the whole area with all year attractions including National Trust's Arlington Court, Clovelly, Valley of the Rocks, Lynton, Lynmouth, Watersmeet and Exmoor National Park, which are beautiful in all seasons. The golden sands of Woolacombe, Croyde and Saunton Sands are 20 minutes by car.
