This contemporary modern lower ground floor apartment is approached by steps and is arguably situated in the best location in Ilfracombe being set right on the water's edge and enjoying panoramic sea views.
Ilfracombe makes a perfect holiday base with its charming harbour, flower-strewn shopping streets, lazy pavement cafes and a wide selection of places to eat, as well as the new harbourside restaurant that is owned by the artist Damien Hirst. Just 10 minutes by car are the Blue Flag golden sands of Woolacombe, Croyde and Saunton Sands.
The accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: 1 double with en-suite shower room and WC, 1 double with sea views and a 3' bunk bedroom (suitable for adults).
Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC. Lounge / kitchen / diner: open-plan with TV, DVD and Freeview, bay window and door overlooks the rear courtyard enjoying fantastic uninterrupted sea views. Kitchen area comprises electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge / freezer, dishwasher and washer / dryer.
Outside: patio area which is covered by the balcony above and enjoys a private aspect with seating. There is a further larger patio area with sea views (care must be taken with small children ).
