Recently renovated with panoramic harbour and sea views, the property makes the perfect family getaway.
The bustling town centre of Ilfracombe is within walking distance and offers an array of shops, pubs and restaurants to choose from. Further attractions include the busy harbour where you can book your fishing trips, visit the aquarium, theatre, cinema, or swimming pool. There are some lovely cliff-top walks nearby, or you could explore the North Devon coastline with its large sandy beaches and sheltered coves. There are many historic places to visit such as the National Trust Arlington Court, or you could take a drive onto Exmoor National Park for some fantastic walks and rugged scenery. In the evenings, you can either stroll into town for some nightlife or relax on the enclosed patio and take in the spectacular sea views.
The accommodation is perfect for families and friends alike and is arranged over four floors with the majority of rooms enjoying lovely sea views. There are FOUR bedrooms: 1 double and 2 twin bedrooms situated on the third floor. The master double bedroom is situated on the second floor.
Bathroom: 1 family bathroom situated on the third floor with shower over bath and WC. A further family bathroom is situated on the second floor with roll-top bath, separate shower and WC.
Lounge: on the first floor with large bay window overlooking the harbour, ornamental fireplace, flatscreen TV, DVD and Freeview. Additional play room with TV, DVD, board games and books. Kitchen / diner: downstairs and well-equipped with fridge / freezer, dishwasher, range cooker, microwave and breakfast bar. A separate dining area with french windows leads to the outside patio. Utility room: with washing machine, tumble dryer and access onto private enclosed rear patio.
Outside: spacious patio with garden furniture and BBQ (children to be supervised).
Amenities: limited roadside parking, parking permit also available to purchase prior to arrival. Dogs welcome for bookings from August 2013 (permitted in the kitchen / ground floor only). Bed linen, towels, electric, central heating and wi-fi included. Regret no smoking within the property.
