This attractive 2 storey house is extremely well insulated and is triple glazed providing warm and comfortable accommodation ideal for a holiday at any time of the year. The bright sunny rooms are furnished in 'Scandinavian style'.
Set in 2 acres of peaceful private woodland, yet with easy access to the main Skye road this detached house has wonderful views over Loch Duich to the hills and mountains beyond. This is an area of outstanding natural beauty with abundant wildlife, opportunities for sea trips and loch fishing and wonderful mountain / hill walking high on the peaks of the nearby Five Sisters of Kintail or through glens to the Falls of Glomach, one of Britain's highest waterfalls.
The accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: 1 king-size, 1 twin and 1 bunk room.
Bathroom: with bath and WC. Additional shower room with WC off the utility room.
Lounge: large light sitting room with french doors to the garden. TV and telephone. Kitchen: fitted kitchen with breakfast table, fridge / freezer, oven, microwave and washing machine. Dining room.
Outside: spacious private woodland but parents should be aware that there is a fast-flowing burn from the hills, which tumbles down a steep sided waterfall and is not fenced off, so children require close supervision.
