Isallt cottage Wales
Isallt is a beautifully renovated 19th Century, detached stone barn conversion on a working farm just outside the small village of Llanfair close to Harlech. Able to sleep four people in one twin and one double bedroom, this cottage also contains a family bathroom, a fitted kitchen and a sitting room with a dining table. To the outside of the cottage is an enclosed lawned garden with large front patio and furniture as well as bike storage and off road parking for two cars. Boasting a wealth of oak beams, trusses and stone walls Isallt is a lovely holiday cottage in a stunning location between the mountains and the beach in North Wales.
The village of Llanfair nestles between the foothills of the Rhinog Mountains and the golden beach of Harlech, whilst also providing panoramic views over Shell Island and Cardigan Bay. Boasting its own mild climate due to its unusual positioning, and an exciting array of wildlife and birds including soaring buzzards, this village is an ideal base for scenic walks in the surrounding countryside. The small town of Harlech, which is a World Heritage Site is only 1.4 miles away and is dominated by its majestic 13th Century castle. Popular with golfers dueto its famous Royal St. David`s course, Harlech also boasts an excellent variety of amenities, including some good quality restaurants. Located within the Snowdonia National Park and on the beautiful Cardigan Bay, this is a fantastic holiday location at any time of the year.
