This converted detached barn, situated on a 243 acre working farm with lovely walks from the property, is tucked away to enjoy maximum seclusion whilst offering a base for touring Devon. The barn has been converted to a very high standard and offers much of its original charm with wood beams and stonework.
Located in the heart of mid-Devon, yet within easy driving distance of a wealth of beaches to the north and south, you will be able to visit attractions which include Exmoor, Dartmoor, historic Exeter, Bickleigh Mill, numerous National Trust properties, Morwellham Quay and much more. There are many beautiful walks and cycle routes in the area including Two Moors Way, Tarka Trail, The Ruby Trails and Granite Way.
