This semi-detached house has been equipped to provide a good level of accommodation a few miles from the coast and within easy reach of 2 local pubs.
On the A3058, you will be a short drive away from Newquay's world famous surfing beaches, including Fistral, and other amentities including the Sealife Centre, shops, pubs, restaurants and leisure facilities all approximately 5 minutes’ drive. North Cornwall has some of the finest cliff walks in the South West and these are easily accessible by car, as are other popular destinations which include The Eden Project, Lands End, Tall Ships at Charlestown, Bodmin Moor, Flambards Theme Park and Tate Gallery at St Ives. In the evenings visit one of two pubs, less than a 5 minute drive, serving good food, or enjoy a BBQ on the terraced patio and decked garden.
The spacious accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: located on the first floor are 2 doubles both with en-suite bathrooms with mixer shower and WC. 1 twin on the ground floor. All bedrooms have TVs. Shower room: on the ground floor, one step up into wetroom with WC. Lounge / diner: with TV, DVD and woodburner. Kitchen: with cooker, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, washer / dryer and microwave.
Outside: enclosed decked / patio garden with seating and BBQ.

Location: beach 2 miles, pub and shop under 1 mile. Arrival: 3.30pm.
