This purpose built holiday accommodation has been lovingly renovated, decorated and furnished to a high standard. It is privately owned but located on a friendly North Cornwall holiday park offering a wealth of amenities including a heated indoor swimming pool.
A short stroll will take you into the village of Kilkhampton offering a selection of pubs, shops and takeaways. You will also be ideally placed for enjoying the many sheltered coves and long sandy surfing beaches which the North coast is renowned for. The seaside town of Bude is only 10 minutes away with its beautiful sandy beaches and outdoor sea pool, suitable for all the family and a wide range of amenities. Only slightly further afield you can explore the many picturesque fishing villages of Cornwall and Devon including pretty Clovelly, and the many other attractions including The Milky Way, Crealy Adventure Park, Tamar Lakes, Newquay Sea Life Centre and The Eden Project.
The accommodation is arranged on one floor and offers TWO bedrooms: 1 king-size and 1 bunk bedroom. Shower room: with WC. Open-plan lounge / diner: lovely light area with large windows, leather sofas and wall-mounted TV / DVD. Kitchen area: with electric oven and hob, fridge / freezer and microwave. Washing machine facilities available in the onsite laundrette.
Outside: small lawn area surrounding the property with patio area with picnic bench directly outside. Ample off-road parking onsite adjacent to the property. Bed linen, towels, electric and electric wall-mounted panel heaters included. Wi-fi available in the holiday park clubhouse. Regret no smoking. Regret no pets. Leisure facilities: use of the restaurant, bar and entertainment facilities at the park are included. Daily / weekly passes for the indoor swimming, squash, bowls and other indoor sports facilities may be purchased at the reception (winter month restrictions apply to some facilities).
