This charming semi-detached house forms part of a sympathetic conversion of a 200 year old stables courtyard, in a tranquil rural setting, one mile along a private road from Killin.
Surrounded by mountains the picturesque village of Killin lies at the head of Loch Tay, and at the heart of the village are the spectacular Falls of Dochart. Killin has pretty walks, a golf course, moorings and good shops, pubs and restaurants and is the gateway to the Trossachs National Park. Activities include golf, sailing, water sports, climbing, hill walking, mountain biking, angling and riding.
The accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: 1 double and 2 twins.
Bathroom: with shower over bath. Separate WC.
Lounge: with wood burning stove, TV, DVD and CD player. Sun room with seating and views over Loch Tay to Ben Lawers. Kitchen / diner: with fridge / freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. Dining area.
Outside: private patio with garden furniture to sit out and enjoy the lovely surroundings.
