This charming character cottage is set in the quaint village of Kingswear, with unrivalled views across the harbour towards Dartmouth from the terraced area. There are many original features such as exposed beams and stone walls.
The beautiful village of Kingswear has a local shop and 2 pubs, one with a very popular restaurant or take a 3 minute ferry ride across the river to Dartmouth which has endless wonderful shops, galleries and places to eat. There are great day trips from the doorstep and glorious cliff-top walks along the South West Coast Path. The rugged Dartmoor National Park, for the more energetic, is not far away. Within a short walk you will find the steam railway station and yacht club. Returning in the evening, why not enjoy a glass of wine on the terrace whilst watching the sun set over Dartmouth.
