The beautiful towns of Nairn and Forres offer superb leisure facilities quirky shops quality restaurants pubs and cafes. Other activities and attractions close by include The Scottish Dolphin Centre Findhorn Village Icehouse & Heritage Centre Brodie & Cawdor Castles Moray Motor Museum Elgin Museum and Cathedral together with adventure boat trips and many more outdoors activities. With so much to do in a fantastic location this really is the ideal holiday home for family and friends alike. Entering the property through the back door you arrive in the hallway which immediately leads through the spacious kitchen which also features a breakfast area. The kitchen is well-equipped has an electric oven and hob microwave fridge/freezer and dishwasher. The breakfast area is the ideal sit down and grab a quick meal on the table and four chairs provided. Off from the kitchen is a utility room where guests can also have access to a washing machine and tumble dryer. The lounge area is located back through and down the hallway where there are two sofas along with a Smart TV and a wood burner perfect for you to unwind cosy up and watch some movies after a long day out exploring the local area. The dining room with table and chairs for up to seven guests along with a separate WC complete the downstairs layout. The stairs lead to three bedrooms consisting of one super-king-size zip-and-link (which can be made up as a twin on request) one king-size bedroom and one twin room which also has an optionable single pull out bed. Next to the bedroom is a family bathroom with bath separate shower and WC. Please note that Wellside Annexe is attached to the property and available to book should your party exceed 6. Wellside Annexe can accommodate an additional 2 guests. There is a large enclosed garden area to the front of the cottage where guests have garden furniture and BBQ should you wish to soak up the sun and enjoy some al fresco dinning. There is multiple off street parking available to the rear of the property.
