Ground Floor
There is a stylish double height open plan living area and a separate fully fitted kitchen with Neff appliances includes a dishwasher, tall fridge/freezer, microwave and granite worktops. The dining area is perfect to relax and enjoy meals and the comfortable sitting room area with seating arranged around an excellent real flame, wood burning-style gas stove and flat screen TV has views of the woodand from every window. There is also a utility room with washing machine and dryer off the main entrance hallway.

There are two beautiful bedrooms on the ground floor - a double bedroom with en-suite shower room and a single bedroom with fitted sliding wardrobes - both of which have lovely decor and views of woodland from the windows. There is a gorgeous bathroom with a free standing bath, large shower, WC and hand wash basin.
First Floor
On the upper mezzanine floor there is a fabulous seating area with full length bookcase and a superb master bedroom with king size bed, glorious views of the woods plus a luxury en-suite shower room with good size shower, WC and hand wash basin.
Outside
From the living space, doors open onto a wonderful enclosed decked veranda with table and chairs - perfect for al fresco meals.
