This detached cottage is situated in one of Cornwall's most popular areas and is less than 3 miles to the world famous Eden Project.
Explore the area with a wealth of popular attractions which include fantastic walks at Helman Tor and the Luxulyan Valley and Viaduct, Lanhydrock House and Gardens, The Tall Ships at Charlestown, The Lost Gardens of Heligan, Camel Valley cycle trail and more. There is also a unique opportunity to stable your horses and explore the beautiful countryside on horseback or have a riding lesson at Barquse Riding Centre nearby. However, if you prefer the sport of golf, there are Lostwithiel, Carlyon Bay and Lanhydrock courses all within 5 miles. There are also numerous sandy beaches and sheltered coves within a short drive. In the evenings visit one of the local pubs serving good food. The cottage is warm and cosy and is set in the peace and quiet of the countryside, ideal for winter breaks. Stabling: horses welcome. Stables available at extra cost payable to the owner.
The accommodation retains many original features such as exposed beams and stonework and offers TWO bedrooms: 1 four-poster double downstairs and 1 galleried twin upstairs.
