This spacious barn, situated at the end of a narrow country lane, has been converted and furnished to a high standard.
It is perfect for family holidays with nearby beaches offering lifeguards in attendance and surfing schools. Trebarwith Strand, Polzeath, Crackington Haven are all close by. There are many sheltered coves for children to explore such as Widemouth Bay, an ideal choice with ample parking. Other attractions for a great day out include The Eden Project, Boscastle and Port Isaac have picturesque harbours as well as a variety of small shops and eateries and are all close by.

Outside: shower head which is ideal for washing off wetsuits and sandy toes. Enclosed lawn area and gravelled patio area with garden furniture and BBQ. Adjacent paddock ideal for exercising dogs please be aware of sheep in surrounding farmland.
